DCS SWIM ACADEMY
OUR LEARN TO SWIM SCHOOL


DCS SWIM ACADEMY, directed and designed by Direct Current Swimming (DCS) -- a member club of USA Swimming -- is a learn-to-swim program for children ages 4-12. The DCS Swim Academy offers two class levels (Level 1 & Level 2), each with a specific curriculum and skillset to ensure and reinforce competencies in the water. Once Level 2 is mastered, the swimmer will be invited to move up to the Bronze level on the competitive swim team. There, the athlete will learn all of the other strokes and, most importantly, build the endurance to produce a well-rounded swimmer, providing peace of mind to parents when their kids go for a swim.

It's NEVER TOO LATE to learn to swim!! Our DCS Adult Learn to Swim Program at BOUNDARY WATERS AQUATIC CENTER in Douglasville is designed for adults of all abilities—whether you're brand new to the water or looking to refine your skills.

DCS SWIM TEAM

Our Competitive team is coached by our highly trained and experienced coaching staff, which has instructed swimmers new to the water and developed State, Zone, NCAA Champions and Olympic Trial Qualifiers!


We believe that the water promotes physical and emotional wellness. Skills. Confidence. Safety. Accomplishment. Fun. We welcome and encourage new and seasoned swimmers and their families to join our programs throughout the year!


We have two locations: DCS Douglasville at Boundary Waters Aquatic Center, and DCS Kennesaw at Jim Owens Pool.
